I was stunned.  There had to be a problem with the scale.  It told me I had lost four pounds the first week.  Holy cow.  Yoga was more fun than working out with weights.  And it was way more interesting than the endless boredom of working out on cardio machines in the gym.  I wondered…could yoga be the answer I was looking for…

 

The second week, I looked forward to my yoga lessons even more and kept my weight loss a secret.  I wanted to know…could weight loss really be this simple?

 

When I got on the scale at the end of the second week, I was down a grand total of seven pounds.  I went out and bought another scale just to be sure.  There was no doubt, yoga was helping me burn off the fat at a pace I never thought possible.
